You'll delve into customer workflows, offering targeted solutions to enhance their research processes. Collaboration with engineering and marketing teams is key, as you'll assist in onboarding, product launches, and the iterative improvement of technology features. Additionally, your expertise will be crucial in testing new features, ensuring they effectively meet biotech-specific requirements and contribute to our mission of accelerating scientific discovery. ResponsibilitiesMaster Scispot Toolkit: Become proficient with the Scispot toolkit to accurately assess its functionality and advantages. Use your background in biotechnology to understand complex concepts to support customers’ use cases, making the toolkit's value clear to researchers and scientists across academic and industrial sectors.Understand Customer Workflows: Dive deep into the specific processes and challenges faced by customers in their daily research activities. Utilize this understanding to provide targeted advice and solutions, thereby contributing effectively to the customer success strategy with a focus on scientific applicability.Onboard and Upgrade Accounts: Collaborate intimately with the engineering and science teams to establish Scispot accounts for new clients and enhance those of existing ones. This role extends to delivering comprehensive training on newly implemented features, ensuring users can fully leverage the evolving capabilities of our platform to accelerate their research and development efforts.Join our sales call: Engage directly in sales conversations, gaining invaluable exposure to different innovative workflows and challenges. This unique perspective enriches the onboarding and account enhancement processes, ensuring clients can seamlessly adopt and maximize Scispot's evolving platform capabilities, thus accelerating their research and development achievements.Support Product Launches: Actively collaborate with the marketing and sales teams during the launch of new products. Provide scientific insights to tailor the marketing approach to the target audience, enhancing product reception and adoption.Enhance Technology Features: Participate in cross-functional teams to discuss and address technology challenges. Contribute ideas and feedback from a biotech perspective to guide the development of new features and the refinement of existing ones, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of clients.Test New Features: Assist the engineering team by applying your biotech knowledge to test new features. Focus on how these features can be applied in biotech use cases, providing critical feedback to ensure they add tangible value to the end users in real-world applications.QualificationsA minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer success, business operations, consulting, or a related field in the life sciences sector.Educational Qualification: PhD (must).Background in wet lab practices is a must, enabling you to understand and relate to the challenges and needs of our customers.1 or 2 years experience in LIMS (or lab software or lab service industry)High energy and a proactive attitude, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Flexibility and willingness to work non-routine hours to support customers across various time zones.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact with and present to sophisticated clients.A meticulous and organized approach, with a keen attention to detail.Pay range: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
