Bilingual Customer Care Specialist (French)
Job Type: Permanent 
Our client within the manufacturing industry is seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Customer Care Specialist to join their team onsite in Woodbridge, ON. In this role, you’ll support team members, gain in-depth knowledge of products and processes, and work towards directly assisting customers and intercompany associates with their daily needs. You’ll play a key role in building strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and support departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience, fostering future growth and success.
Provide outstanding support for French-speaking customers in a technical product environment, including handling inquiries, pricing and discounts, order entry, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
- Build strong relationships and foster understanding with customers, sales teams, teammates, and support departments to meet and exceed customer expectations consistently.
- Fluent in French and English (Bilingual).
- 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Care Specialist supporting custom products or building materials.
- Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office applications, and experience navigating ERP systems like JD Edwards.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and/or building material products is an asset.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer support in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for learning and providing technical guidance on products.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, including conflict resolution and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
Work in a manufacturing/industrial environment with occasional exposure to dust and noise.
- Ability to navigate through a large manufacturing facility on occasion.   Opportunities for ongoing training and development.
