Our client, is currently looking for a Corporate Law Clerk. Mid sized full service law firm.
- Representing clients at all levels of Courts in Ontario, as well as various administrative tribunals, such as the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and Workplace Safety Insurance Board.
- Office located in Barrie.

Complete various corporate forms and documentation;
- Prepare draft documentation including correspondence, agreements, resolutions and by laws
- Assisting with corporate reorganizations, share and asset purchase transactions, including: preparing/maintaining closing checklists; 2+ years of experience as a Corporate Law Clerk;
- Successful completion of Legal Assistant or Law Clerk diploma program;
- Proficient with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams,);
