Relevant du Directeur de l’approvisionnement et TI, le/la Gestionnaire des opérations – Centre de distribution assure la gestion de l’ensemble des opérations de l’entrepôt de Lévis. Il/elle devra superviser quotidiennement une équipe de 5 employé(e)s.
Principales tâches et responsabilités
- Gérer les technologies de gestion des stocks (caméras, lecteurs pour commandes, etc.);
- Négocier et gérer les contrats avec les transporteurs, les fournisseurs et firmes d’entretien des équipements;
- Diriger l’ensemble des activités de l’entrepôt et rationaliser les coûts;
- Évaluer les coûts de transport;
- Superviser l’entretien de l’entrepôt et des équipements;
- Évaluer les besoins en équipements et gérer les achats de fournitures pour l’entrepôt;
- Optimiser l’espace des produits dans l’entrepôt en collaboration avec son supérieur immédiat;
- Assurer la double vérification et la signature des commandes avant qu’elles soient acheminées et prendre le relais au besoin;
- Assurer l’embauche, la supervision et la réalisation des évaluations de rendement du personnel sous sa supervision;
- Gérer la santé et sécurité au travail de l’entrepôt en collaboration avec le département des ressources humaines et le comité santé et sécurité;
- Superviser la réception et l’expédition;
- Gérer les alarmes émises par les différents systèmes (climatisation et chauffage, intrusion, incendie, compresseur, évaporateur (température));
- Assurer la sécurité du bâtiment et des inventaires;
- Ajuster et concilier l’inventaire de façon quotidienne;
- Gérer la prise d’inventaire annuelle et analyser les écarts d’inventaires en fin d’année;
- Participer et représenter la compagnie lors des audits internes et externes;
- Émettre les rendez-vous de livraison aux transporteurs, remettre une copie des bons d’achats et bordereaux d’expédition aux Commis d’entrepôt;
- Vérifier les stocks pour les bons de travail;
- Assurer les suivis avec le département qualité lors d’un rappel de produits;
- Assurer le règlement des non-conformités avec les grossistes;
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes exigées par ses fonctions et son supérieur immédiat.
- Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales en logistique ou toute autre formation connexe;
- Détenir cinq (5) d’expérience dans un poste similaire;
- Expérience en gestion d’équipe;
- Anglais fonctionnel (oral et écrit) afin de pouvoir communiquer avec les fournisseurs et les employés situés à l’extérieur du Québec;
- Excellentes connaissances de la suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel;
- Expérience avec un progiciel de gestion intégré (ERP). SAP sera un atout.

- Excellentes compétences d’organisation, de gestion du temps et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément ;
- Capacité à travailler de façon indépendante et à prendre des décisions fondées sur le jugement et l’intégrité.
