Role: Client Support Specialist

Location: Calgary, Alberta (In-office role, with flexibility for some remote work)

What You'll Do:

  • Provide timely, professional, and friendly resolutions to customer problems.
  • Help customers understand the features and services available through the PaintScout platform.
  • Engage with customers through various channels, including chat, email, phone, and video, meeting them on their preferred platform.
  • Offer long-term solutions and support by escalating bugs and product issues.
  • Advocate for our customers, sharing their feedback internally to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain a high level of expertise related to PaintScout, using this knowledge daily to effectively resolve customer issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.

  • You have experience in a customer-facing role and are skilled at delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-centric mindset.
  • You handle customer issues with resourcefulness, compassion, and empathy.
  • Your communication skills—both written and verbal—are top-notch.
  • You connect well with people from diverse backgrounds and are a team player.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You are tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and support tools.
  • Any experience in the painting industry is a valuable asset.
