Proof Experiences is looking for an experienced Supervisor, Client Experience to lead and support in the management and executiion of a wide variety of experiential education and event marketing campagins. With a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience, you will oversee every aspect from initial project conception to execution and post activation evaluation. In addition to overseeing fun experiential marketing campaigns, this role involves engaging with initiatives that tackle serious societal issues. As a Supervisor, Client Experience you’ll collaborate on projects aimed at educating the public about pressing social, environmental or health-related issues. These campaigns use experiential marketing to create impactful experiences that foster awareness and positive chan

ge.

What you

’ll do:
Provide day-to-day account leadership on all program management, execution, communications and support to a variety of new and existing Proof Experiences

clientsProactively manage expectations of clients, stakeholders

and teamWork with cross functional teams including creative, production, and field excellence to ensure timely and successful delivery of

projectsDevelop and manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet client ob

jectivesTrack KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of

programsLead direct reports and encourage goal setting, feedback and performance development

planningParticipate in organic and new business opportunities, including pitches, with the support of your reporting

managerOversee timely and detailed invoicing/overall account mo

nitoringMaintain and nurture client relationships, proactively looking ahead to “what
