Job Summary

As IT Compliance and Asset Management Specialist you will be responsible for the leading Enable’s technical compliance and IT asset management (ITAM) responsibilities. This entails adherence to the information security requirements of ISO 27001 and SSAE 18/SOC reports, managing IT’s policy and process documentation, proactively identifying and managing IT risk, and ensuring we achieve successful annual ISO 27001 and SOC audits. You will be in charge of managing IT software and hardware assets, throughout their lifecycles, managing license usage and hardware inventory.

What we are asking you to do
  • Developing and implementing IT compliance policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Regular reviews of IT policies and procedures and maintaining the documentation.
  • Advising on the suitability of policy and procedures for their adherence to ISO standards and the SSAE framework
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all departments adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conducting regular internal audits and assessments to identify potential information security compliance risks.
  • Annual external SOC and ISO 27001 audits
  • Running, administrating, and participating in external audits.
  • Managing the IT risk registers
  • Monitoring regulatory changes and industry standards to ensure Enable’s information security compliance.
  • Optimizing the spending on IT assets, such as hardware, software, licenses, and contracts, by analyzing the inventory, usage, and lifecycle of the assets.
  • Monitoring the software licensing compliance and ensuring that the organization has the appropriate licenses for the software it uses.
  • Reporting on the performance and results of the IT asset management activities, such as the cost savings, the asset utilization, the compliance status, and the risks and issues.
What we are asking you to bring
  • Have at least five years of experience in an IT compliance or IT Asset Management role.
  • Have experience with the SSAE 18 framework and the ISO 27001 standard, or equivalents.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT asset management standards, frameworks, and tools, such as ITIL, ISO 19770, SAM, and CMDB.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with software licensing models, agreements, and compliance requirements.
  • Preferably have a technical background in IT or software engineering.
  • Have a degree in a relevant subject area.
  • Be highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Have a high standard of written English.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally.
  • Strong analytical and review skills.
