We're looking for a full time Business Development Rep to lead sales. As a startup, this roles has a broad span and requires both a sales doer and leader. Are you excited about setting up a sales function from scratch? Great

  • Own the sales funnel
  • Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability
  • Develop an operating structure for our sales team
  • Setup metrics and reporting for the sales funnel, owning a bi-weekly sales update meeting with leadership
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners and promote brand awareness
  • We are a remote WFH company
  • Flexible hours - we only hire A-players who are responsible and manage their own calendars (no strict 9-5 here)
