Collaborateur(trice) direct(e) du Président, le Directeur / la Directrice Général(e) des Services pilote la mise en œuvre du projet politique de la mandature et en est le garant. Il/Elle encadre une équipe de plus de 50 agents, organisée en quatre pôles opérationnels : Social, Technique, Développement et Aménagement, pilotés par 4 responsables de pôle. Il/Elle pilote en direct le pôle ressources composé des services : Finances, RH, Juridique/Commande publique, Administration Générale et Communication.
Participation à la mise en œuvre du projet global de la collectivité :
Promouvoir les projets de la collectivité.
Elaboration et pilotage des projets de la collectivité :
Optimiser les moyens pour améliorer la performance et la qualité des services publics,
Mise en œuvre, pilotage de l’évaluation des politiques locales et projets de la collectivité :
Supervision du management des services et conduite du dialogue social :
Décliner le projet d’administration en projets de service,
Favoriser un climat social apaisé et respectueux basé sur le dialogue et la prévention, résolution des conflits,
De formation BAC + 5 ou équivalent
Qualités d’écoute, de bienveillance et de dialogue, capacité à concerter, à opérer des arbitrages et à communiquer,
Capacité à intervenir lors de situation urgente ou de crise,
Excellente qualité rédactionnelle et aisance relationnelle,
Capacités d’analyse et de synthèse,
Temps de travail : Temps complet / Réunions en soirée
Adhésion au Comité National d’Action Sociale (CNAS)
Tickets restaurants (200 par an pour un temps complet, valeur faciale de 6 €, prise en charge à 50 % par la CCVT)
Participation à l’assurance prévoyance Maintien de salaire (10 € par mois pour un agent à temps complet) et Santé (15 € par mois pour un agent à temps complet)
