Also, interpreting data to provide guidance and recommendations to cross-functional teams.Conducting keyword research, technical, content and SEM audits, and producing optimization recommendations to improve campaign performance on an ongoing basis.Developing and testing new campaigns that target users and improve overall marketing efficiencies.Working closely with cross functional teams - Analytics, Tech, Business Ops in particular to maintain & enhance digital media measurement frameworkHaving a strong analytical approach to acquisition funnel metrics, measurement, and campaign performance and maintaining a deep knowledge of the competitive landscapeSkills: Proven experience running performance marketing campaigns through digital, including SEM, and driving performance through optimized customer experiencesDeep understanding of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads with preference for Google Ads certifications in Fundamentals, Search and Mobile AdvertisingExperience with monitoring and analyzing web analytics and campaign performance using tools like GA4, FireBase, Adobe & othersProven track record of delivering exceptional and measurable performance results through digital marketing effortsBusiness acumen: strategic thinking, business process development, analytical and problem solving skills.Basic Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Statistics requiredMin 7+ years of Paid Search experience in leveraging data to drive business results (hands-on experience preferred)
