As a Junior System Administrator, you would maintainSkyline’s technology infrastructure and investigateanddiagnoserelated problems, makerecommendations for improving the company's IT systems and carryout routine configuration and installation of IT solutionsto reach Skyline’s shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities.
Maintain company servers and network, as well as equipment at regional offices and remote locations.
Source, purchase and maintain all computer equipment, including maintaining an inventory list.
Configure, maintain and troubleshoot TCP/IP networks, including routers, switches, wireless access points (WAPs), and other networking equipment.
Provide technical support to internal and external users. Organize group training or technical support documents, as necessary.
Provide reports of system usage at a network, business, and user level, as required.
Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for a variety of technology, including server and network use, problematic user issues, back-up procedures, etc.
Investigate and provide quotes for potential IT projects, as required.
Assist in the implementation, deployment and management of new hardware, software or other projects.
Atechnicalguru with experience in configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting TCP/IP networks, including routers, switches, WAPs, and other networking equipment.
You love and have experience working withservers, visualization, operating systems, and storage area networks.
A perfectionist when it comes to maintaining procedures (SOPs) for a variety of areas including server and network use, problematic user issues, back-up procedures, etc.
