It is our focus on performance fabric technology and product innovation, investment in manufacturing excellence, speed to market, and supply chain execution that allows us to build meaning, strong, and long-lasting retail partnerships across multiple trade channels.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORThe Sales Account Coordinator acts in a supporting role to the Sales Team and will help to execute and achieve sales plans and the strategy and for the brand. As the key liaison and point person for the day-to-day communication and operations of the business with agents, representatives, and distributors, she is responsible in growing the accounts and plays a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and business development.DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)Communicate with distributors, agents, and accounts anything related to the business from price updates, product updates, product-related inquires, asset requests, product availabilities, shipping, etc.Receive and share Sales orders with Planning and customer serviceCoordinate payments between distributor and financeMaintain sales figures and update records accordingly, run reports & maintain pivot tables (Sales figures, Freight charges, commissions, invoiced sales, sell through summary, etc.)Reconciliation of invoices before approving paymentPull and send Weekly Stock ReportsCommunication with forwarders for air/sea shipments, verify invoices when received, including clearance & brokerage feesFollow up on outstanding sales orders and ensure they ship and get processed within a timely manner, identify bottlenecks and issues and elevate issues when can’t be resolvedCheck inventory by channel in the various warehouses where stocked and work closely with Planning to ensure, to bring in the stock needed on key productsAccount set ups, potential new opportunities for growth.Look for new opportunities in territories where representation is needed.Work closely with Rep and Agents and get quarterly updates and projections on how they plan to grow business.Data analysis to identify trends, track sales performance, and provide valuable insights to the teamREQUIRMENTSAt least 3 years of experience in a similar role;A Bachelors degree in business administration or marketing (or certification in similar) requiredAbility to work in a fast pace environment;Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective communication with both customers and the sales team.Being organized is key to manage documents, and data efficiently.Experience in administrative tasksProficiency in PowerPoint, excel and wordNatural Problem-solverAdaptable and open to changeTeamwork mentality and positive attitude is a mustTime management and the ability to multi task are essential in this roleData Analysis and reportingWHAT WE OFFER100% off public transport;Flexible work hoursFridays we finish at 4:00 pm (1:30PM in the summer);Tim Hortons gift card on your birthday;Rooftop terraceCompany events and celebrations;Monthly team bonding activities;Free gym access (yoga, bootcamp, kickboxing and zumba included);Medical and dental benefits.. and much much more
