Here's what you'd be doing as an Account Manager:

Act as the primary point of contact or escalation for private equity clients, ensuring that they get a quality and timely product, with your support on queries where they need it.
Ensure that all processes and activities adhere to company procedures and compliance policies.
Offer your professional insights to suggest improvements to tools, controls and processes.
While we've listed some qualities we're looking for, we know that the perfect candidate isn't always a perfect match on paper. College diploma or bachelor's degree in fields like accounting, finance, math, economics, or something similar. 5 years of progressive and practical experience in the realm of fund administration or a comparable field, such as auditing.
~ Familiarity with financial statements and transactions, such as capital calls, distributions, and NAV calculations for private equity funds is advantageous but not essential. Prior experience dealing directly with clients.
~ Strong skills in both communication and building relationships.
~ Top-notch ability to manage your time well.
~ Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, especially when it comes to Excel.
