Del Condominium Rentals (DCRI), a division of the Tridel Group of Companies, is the largest and most recognized rental property management provider in the Greater Toronto Area. DCRI is the leading GTA-based property management company providing services and expertise to owners / investors of condominium residences as well as their tenants. At DCRI, we offer peace of mind to homeowners through our reliable rental management solutions including leasing, tenant services, accounting, and maintenance & repair. The Leasing Specialist is professional and well informed while displaying a solution-oriented approach to match a client’s needs to properties that are available. The Leasing Specialist interacts with tenants on behalf of landlords and the property management company, Del Condominium Rentals. They assist potential and existing tenants with viewing of properties, lease terms and prices, rental applications, and lease negotiation.

Follow-ups to all showings, with focus on converting showings to a new lease
Respond to rental inquiries by phone and e-mail in a timely, pleasant and informative manner
Negotiate lease terms and market rents with owners
Coordinate and schedule lease applications and adhere to compliance requirements
Prepare all lease-related paperwork, collecting payments and deposits
Work directly with leasing coordinators specifically related to showings, bookings, and admin support
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leasing role preferred
Proven skills in managing leases for high volume properties
Solid understanding of local rental regulations and compliance
Ability to work weekends, non-traditional holidays and accommodate showings in the evenings (Tuesday through Saturday schedule)
Must have access to a vehicle and have a valid driver’s license
Real Estate license is not required for this role
