We are on the lookout for a Project Implementation & Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, translating business requirements into technically feasible solutions, and ensuring alignment with client objectives. Candidates must demonstrate the capability to hit the ground running in a dynamic environment, with opportunities for domestic and international travel within a rapidly expanding company.
Project Implementation & Consulting:
Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients;
Create, maintain, and project-related documents;
Provide project updates to the project stakeholders demonstrating progress and controlling scope;
Serve as the liaison between Government Frameworks and the client throughout the implementation phase;
Successfully identify and manage project risks;
Collaborate with the account manager to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate a seamless transition to the account manager upon completion of implementation;
Configure system as defined in project scope; Conduct Data migration activities, cleansing, support and verification;
Ensure that all project records are kept in accordance with our record management policy;
Ensuring that the project is delivered on time;
Uphold and comply with the company code of conduct, policy, and procedure;
Identify opportunities for upsell within the project implementation phase and refer to account manager;
Internal training, where required;
Actively engage and contribute to team meetings, planning sessions, and discussions.
Training and Development:

Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality in your work and consistently meeting deadlines.
Dedicated to continuous learning, applying new skills and knowledge to enhance job performance.
Innovative and adaptable, always looking for creative ways to add value and excel in a changing environment.
Minimum 2 years of successfully implementing software solutions
Local Government Experience beneficial
Your own computer is a must
Flexible working hours (based on business needs)
