We are looking for a Senior OCM Specialist for a 12-month contract position, with possible extensions in  Calgary, Alberta.   Hybrid schedule, at least 4 days in the office. Our client seeks a seasoned Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Communications Specialist . In this pivotal role, you will drive the successful implementation of assigned programs and projects by defining and executing robust change management and communications strategies. Your efforts will contribute to sustainable change and positive business outcomes.
Strategic Design: Develop and execute comprehensive change management and communications strategies, focusing on the people readiness aspect of program/project delivery. Consider critical change levers such as sponsorship, leader alignment, engagement, communications, learning and development, change networks, culture, and sustainment.
Stakeholder Insights: Conduct stakeholder analysis, assess change readiness, and evaluate organizational impact. Understand the impact of change at various organizational levels and across business domains.
Skills and Competencies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including P&PI, WRE leadership, project teams, organization design, organization effectiveness, learning, and communications. Recommend creative options for optimal results.
4+ years change management and communications experience in a large corporate environment.
Post-secondary degree or diploma in communications or related field.
Experience within the oil and gas industry would be considered an asset.
Prosci, CCMP) or equivalent training and experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interface and facilitate effectively with a diverse group of executives, leaders, subject matter experts and end-users.
