Required immediately, our LOCAL SASKATOON BRANCH is seeking a full-time INSTALL COORDINATOR to join the team
 Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years related experience in scheduling and or project coordination
  • Experience working in similar industry will be considered an asset
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products and ability to learn other software programs
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask
  • Intermediate mathematical skills, with solid understanding of fractions and measurements

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers to schedule jobs for templating and installation
  • Coordinate and liaise with purchasing to ensure all required materials are available to meet installation deadlines
  • Efficiently schedule and assign jobs to templaters, installers, sub-contractors and other vendors as required
  • Investigate, respond, and resolve any questions or concerns related to an installation job
  • Invoice all scheduled jobs and provide the accounting department with the necessary paperwork to collect on accounts and to ensure payments are processed
  • Maintain departmental files and provide regular and ad-hoc reporting as needed
  • May assist with installation on sites
  • Other duties as assigned
