Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President of Operations is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective functioning of multiple manufacturing facilities across Canada. The role demands a strategic vision to enhance operational outputs, optimize supply chain logistics, and ensure the highest standards of product quality, engineering innovation and safety. Strategic Management
Oversee daily operations across all manufacturing sites, ensuring they meet the company’s standards and targets.
Monitor production output and quality, ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards.
Manage capital investment and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team across various operational departments.
Compliance and Risk Management
Manage risk relating to operational activities, including compliance with health and safety standards.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of operational processes and policies.

Engage with key stakeholders including suppliers, business partners, and regulatory bodies to strengthen business relationships.
Report operational results and strategic plans regularly to the executive team and board members.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Proven experience managing multi-site operations.

Proficient in data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
