SUMMARY – Maintenance Support Manager 
Shift: Monday to Friday
The TransX Group of Companies has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Support Manager  to join the Maintenance and Procurement team in our Winnipeg head office. Reporting to the Director of, the Maintenance Program, the Maintenance Support Manager  is responsible for the efficient and effective support of internal Maintenance and Operations clients, specifically in the areas of maintenance systems and service offering support. This role involves extensive daily collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager and Quality Systems Manager to drive cross-functional objectives including maintenance best practice recommendations; and repair development, standardization, and control systems across the network.
We strive to be consistently surpassing driver expectations by supporting all drivers in successfully meeting utilization targets while honoring home time. Maintenance Services Support
Warranty Program Management
Related post-secondary education in business administration or project management is an asset.

5 to 10 years of shop management or related leadership experience
Experience managing workloads with multiple parallel workstreams
Computer proficient in a variety of software applications (MS Office, MS Project, TMW proprietary engine and component software programs, etc.).
ERP and MRP system knowledge would be an asset.
