Ensure execution of clients Group H/R control plan, as well as, local controls and waivers
· Monitor the execution on an ongoing basis of all H/R controls identified in the control plan
· Ensure appropriate action plans are developed and implemented to improve processes, prevent operational risk incidents and mitigate the key risks
· Contribute to and enhance the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) for H/R, ability to challenge and conduct negotiations with leaders from various functions (Risk, Compliance, TPRM)
· Be exposed to H/R Management and Senior Management for regular presentations on Budget and Controls.
· Assist H/R teams on operational risk matters (audit related queries, etc.).
· Act as primary liaison between H/R and local/global OPC teams.
· Promote best practices in terms of operational risk management (such as enhancement of Control & Risk trainings and awareness sessions for H/R).
· Prepare ad-hoc reports (Business Continuity Plan, H/R Governance and Controls dashboard enhancements).
· The HR Operational Risk Analyst maintains the utmost confidentiality in dealing with employee records and business information. Support HR COO teams and other HR stakeholders to align with operational strategies.
· This position offers an opportunity for the candidate to grow a thorough knowledge of HR and its processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication in English
· Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (especially Word, Excel and Power Point)
· Knowledge of HR processes
· Knowledge of the banking industry
· Analytical and project management skills a plus


Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience/training
