This MRO company has ambitions to be the leading services provider in the Americas and is on the acquisition trail for MROs. In this role as Head of Business Development, reporting to the CEO, you will seek out further opportunities throughout the Americas and, with the assistance of the corporate finance team, will close further deals to scale up the company's reach and services offerings.

Lead negotiations and deal structuring for joint ventures and acquisitions.
Leverage your sales background to effectively communicate and sell our services and products to airline customers.
Willingness to travel and personally engage with airline customers to build rapport and secure business opportunities.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the aviation industry, having worked directly for an airline.
Showcase experience working with Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) businesses as a client or from within the MRO sector.
Ideally, have a background that includes transitioning from an airline to a non-airline MRO, providing a unique perspective on both sides of the business.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in business development, sales, and negotiations within the aviation industry.
Strong network within the aviation and MRO community.
