What you bring to our team:The B2B Demand Generation Specialist will develop creative and relevant content for a technical audience, design and execute effective demand-generation campaigns, while strengthening and leveraging marketing partnerships.The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong creativity, be sales-oriented, self-motivated, and have a robust understanding of both digital and traditional marketing techniques.Reporting to the Head of Marketing, a critical mission for this role will be to support the sales team through digital and traditional marketing campaigns that will generate MQLs and increase brand awareness. What you will be doing:· Act as the principal marketing contact overseeing cross-function marketing activities.· Build and maintain partnerships with software partners to strengthen marketing efforts and create new opportunities.· Identify new partnership opportunities.· Develop whitepapers, solution briefs, case studies, and other technical content related to cybersecurity and financial technologies solutions. · Strength and enhance the Accutive FinTech and Accutive Security brands.· Collaborate with sales team to create innovative, results-driven B2B lead generation campaigns.· Develop and execute lead nurturing activities in collaboration with the sales team.· Managed LinkedIn pages, including regular content publishing to the page and newsletter.· Manage SEO and content development.· Developing and executing advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Adwords and ABM Platforms.· Analyze campaign performance, and adapt campaigns accordingly.· Oversee marketing analytics using Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Microsoft Clarity, Hubspot, and/or Semrush.· Propose new demand generation opportunities that maximize investment.· Collaborate and coordinate with external marketing partners and vendors.· Arrange preparations (booth setup logistics, marketing materials, and promotional items), and develop marketing strategies for conference events.· Support efforts to build the internal employee culture. What your qualifications are:· Undergraduate Degree or Three-Year College Diploma with a focus on Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration o must be from an accredited institution in Canada· At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing with specific experience managing end-to-end marketing processes.· Technical background is required – strong understanding of cybersecurity, financial technologies (FinTech) is a major asset· Certified with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Hubspot, and/or LinkedIn Marketing.· Advanced knowledge of:o Ahrefs or other SEO toolso LinkedIn for B2B Marketingo Hubspot Marketingo Canva for graphics creationWhat skills you bring to the table:· Demonstrated efficient remote working experience. · Experience working in a hands-on, dynamic, fast paced SMB environment.· Strong understanding of account-based marketing, demand generation strategies, and marketing campaign management· Proven history of managing marketing programs and maximizing results· Passionate about marketing and new marketing trends· Strong knowledge of marketing research.· Highly creative, collaborative, and self-reliant · Adaptable and able to rapidly shift priorities based on organizational needs· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail· Experience working with offshore resources is an asset. · Understanding of website development and graphic design is desired.· Experience prioritizing spending, and maintaining a budget.· Knowledge of conversion rate optimization and best practices to increase conversions from website traffic.
