This position reports directly to the Director of Sales & Pricing and provides . Provides pricing quotes/rates over the phone and by email
· Responds to sales and pricing inquiries by phone and electronically
· Generates and qualifies sales leads; plans and conducts telemarketing to generate new sales
· Establishes and maintains manual and electronic information regarding freight tariffs and other related pricing tables using company’s software and filing methods
· Follows up on sales leads and pricing activity
. Maintain compliance with company standards and policies and performs other responsibilities as delegated by the Director, Sales & Pricing
*Proficient in learning new computer systems
· Strong data entry and keyboarding skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel skills
· Minimum high school diploma complemented by 3 years of progressive administrative and/or accounting experience.
