Our client, a leading CPG manufacturing company, is looking to bring on board a skilled, Continuous Improvement Manager for their facility in the Hamilton area.In this exciting position, you manage the development and implementation of a culture which will allow constant improvement of processes and service. This is a great opportunity to be a key stakeholder in a growing company that invests in its employees.What we are looking for you to do:Eliminate re occurring customer complaints/ non-conforming product- operational errors and standardize processes to increase first time yields.Provide a framework for improvements by promoting the attainment of results for each responsible project.Develop teams in the implementation of continuous process improvement initiatives; define and create the appropriate tools, and KPIs to ensure the fulfillment.Work with frontline staff, identifying improvement opportunities and coach employees on how to work more efficiently. Ensure that efficiency is maintained at the highest possible level without sacrificing safety, quality and plant standards.Prepare relevant reports and statistics to be shared with management and teams.Change Management/ Project Management.The ideal candidate will have:8+ years of continuous improvement manager experience required.6+ years of CPG manufacturing experience required.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a combination of education and relevant work experience.Lean six sigma certification and experience working with IWS required.What we will offer:An attractive salary, RRSP match, bonus and benefits.
