Our client, a leading CPG manufacturing company, is looking to bring on board a skilled, Continuous Improvement Engineer for their facility.

In this exciting position, you manage the development and implementation of a culture which will allow constant improvement of processes. This is a great opportunity to be a key stakeholder in a growing company that invests in its employees.


What we are looking for you to do:

  • Implement Lean/TPM programs and apply TPM methodologies.
  • Provide a framework for improvements by promoting the attainment of results for each responsible project.
  • Responsible for guiding the project team and developing technical capabilities and work processes.
  • Work with frontline staff, identifying improvement opportunities and coach employees on how to work more efficiently.
  • Ensure that efficiency is maintained at the highest possible level without sacrificing safety, quality and plant standards.
  • Produce projects and start up master plans with targets/objectives across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People and Environment.
  • Prepare relevant reports and statistics to be shared with management and teams.
  • Change Management/ Project Management.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of continuous improvement engineering experience required.
  • 6+ years of CPG manufacturing experience required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, IWS (Integrated Work Systems), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), WCM (World Class Manufacturing), Six Sigma.
