~ Comprehensive medical, dental & extended health coverage
~ Hybrid flexibility (3 days in office, 2 from home)
~$Renewing accounts in a timely manner
Managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts and retaining recurring revenue through renewals
Looking for upsell opportunities to increase client account value, to which we provide commission
Monitoring personnel movement within your portfolio to ensure that we train all new employees
Customer onboarding and training
Providing day-to-day customer support through emails, tickets and phone calls
2+ years of customer service experience (preferably in a similar role at a SaaS company)
~ Excellent command of the English language
~ Previous experience with client portfolio management an asset
~ Previous CRM experience an asset
