We’re looking for an industry expert who can be the bridge between SKIP and our Restaurant partners for collaboration, mutual growth and long-term success. You will be responsible for driving strong relationships with independently owned restaurant partners in Western Canada. 
We are looking to foster long-term partnerships with our restaurant partners whilst learning how to provide more added value . More and more brands each day, both independent and national chains, choose to deliver with Skip. With your passion for building a team, driving results, and developing others, you’ll help us continue to expand our reach while setting our partners up for success. 
Develop and communicate network best practices in collaboration with your partners and internal team.
Lead employees using a performance management and development process that provides an overall context to encourage employee contribution. 
Lead employees to meet the organization’s expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment
Analyze insights to monitor the success of partnerships and optimize tactics based on data-driven findings. Create data visualization and present findings to our partners.
Track partnership performance and deliver accurate results to internal stakeholders
Build and maintain strong and lasting partnerships with Restaurant partners.
Post Secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
~Team Leadership, Account Management.
~ Experience in the restaurant industry or retail management with an in-depth knowledge of operations and cost structures within these sectors considered an asset.
~ Experience and ability to manage, train, cultivate and motivate talent within a fast-paced and growing environment.
~ Proven track record of business development and collaborative account management.
~ Strong project management, problem-solving, decision-making and negotiation skills
~ Able to understand and communicate data, insights and trends.
~ excels at planning and prioritizing tasks.
~ Exceptional communication skills, additional languages considered an asset.
