Reporting to the Sales Director, the Senior Territory Sales Manager's mandate is to promote Manulift products in the construction sector in a structured and strategic manner to drive growth in in the Ontario and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a sales professional who knows how to engage clients, quantify and articulate a value proposition, and close deals. The commission structure is uncapped, and the salary plan is designed to reward top performers with some of the highest salaries in the industry.
We are the Canadian leader in telescopic forklifts and are experiencing significant national expansion. Sales

maintaining strong relationships with clients through visits to client work sites;
Planning and organizing business strategies to achieve desired results and exceed equipment sales targets;
Identifying customer needs and responding appropriately while understanding market conditions and local competitor prices;
Using the salesdatabase in the Salesforce CRM to ensure information is updated daily;
Following up post-sale.

Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience/external sales position;
Good knowledge of the construction industry and its heavy equipment;
Valid driver's license;
Experience using a CRM.

Initial sales training and ongoing training throughout your journey;
Expense account, cell phone, and laptop provided;
