Kitchen Manager - Job Description
· Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling employees to ensure a productive workforce.
· Manage food and equipment inventories, ensuring supplies are properly stocked and maintained.
· Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment for proper functionality and coordinate repairs as necessary.
· Collaborate with the restaurant management team to align kitchen operations with the overall goals of the establishment.
· Control food and labor costs while maximizing productivity and minimizing waste.
· Ensure all food preparation and presentation meet the restaurant's quality and consistency standards.

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or similar role in a fast-paced culinary environment.
