Job Overview

Hypercare is seeking a self-motivated, energetic people-person to join our growing team as a Marketing Manager in the exciting and rewarding world of healthcare technology. The Marketing Manager role is key to ensuring Hypercare has a healthy pipeline of potential customers who can benefit from using Hypercare. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our business through marketing channel experimentation and initiatives across multiple inbound and outbound channels. This position requires a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of success. The successful candidate will be required to think strategically about “what’s next” for Hypercare, but also recognize the importance of the immediate priorities of the organization and be willing to execute on strategies and tactics. There will be 1.5 FTE team members reporting into this role. 

Key activities and responsibilities include the following:

Lead Business Development Initiatives

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base across North America.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers, partners, and advisors within the Hypercare network for referral programs.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Directly manage, train and coach Business Development Representative(s) and guiding them through the prospecting by, including developing copy when communicating with prospects, creating Ideal Customer Profile (ICPs), and maintaining the Business Development Team’s tech stack and tools (Salesloft, Apollo).

Manage Marketing Initiatives 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Strategize and execute growth ideas with regular cadence.
  • Manage existing and develop new marketing assets directly for the Business Development and Sales team, including: Marketing website, One-Pagers, Case Studies (Video & Written), Press Releases, and Blog posts.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute Hypercare’s first annual user conference with strategic accounts and prospects.
  • Setting up and maintaining the Marketing Team’s tech stack and tools (Ortto, Salesforce campaigns, Google Ads).
  • Ensuring any external contractors and agencies are delivering their tasks on time and within budget.
  • Communicating updates and strategic changes on pipeline building initiatives to the wider leadership team and advocating for resources required to achieve goals.

Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze marketing and business development performance metrics using tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and more.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns and initiatives are properly tracked end-to-end to understand results of A/B tests and ROI on marketing dollars.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to the leadership team monthly.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing and business development strategies.

  • Proven track record of in executing business development strategies and tactics, including cold calling and cold emailing.

  • Strong project management experience. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Prepared to think strategically while also willing to do the hard work first-hand and leading by example.
