Principales qualifications : (inclure, sans s'y limiter) :
* S'assurer que chaque client reçoit un service à la clientèle exceptionnel en fournissant un environnement convivial qui comprend l'accueil et la reconnaissance de chaque client, le maintien de normes exceptionnelles, une solide connaissance du produit et tous les autres composants du service à la clientèle.
* Surveiller les opérations pour s'assurer que les normes sont respectées et maintenues en ce qui concerne la présentation des marchandises, le service à la clientèle, la sécurité des magasins, la propreté, le rétrécissement et les contrôles des coûts d'exploitation.
* Gère le magasin en l'absence de Store Manager.
* Aide au recrutement actif, à la sélection, à la formation, à l'établissement des horaires et à l'évaluation du personnel du magasin.
* Maintenir une connaissance de toutes les informations sur les produits, les promotions de marchandises, les marchandises d'essai et les publicités.
* Aider au déménagement des planchers, au marchandisage, à l'entretien de l'exposition, au nettoyage du magasin, y compris la salle de bain et la salle de stockage, à l'aspiration et au retour du produit à l'inventaire.
* Surveille les livraisons de produits dans le magasin pour assurer une gestion efficace des stocks et des marchandises.

Exigences :
* Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent.
* Capacité de lire, d'écrire et de comprendre l'anglais requise.
* Expérience requise de responsable adjoint ou de responsable de magasin.
* 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le commerce de détail.
* 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en gestion.
* Solides compétences en relations interpersonnelles et service à la clientèle.
