Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home and community settings.
We are looking for a part-time or full-time Pediatric Client Service Supervisor to join our Pediatric Therapy Division. The Pediatric Therapy Supervisor will be autonomous in leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team consisting of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Language Pathologists, and assistants. The role would support client’s needs while also support clinician’s growth while during joint visits in the community. Our next Client Service Supervisor will thrive in a forward-thinking culture where being a self-starter and taking initiative will drive the success of their role leading the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Pediatric Client Service Supervisor who specializes currently within their discipline in pediatric practice to step into a business leadership role where flexibility and being a team player will be key. The Pediatric Client Service Supervisor will travel to and manage our therapy teams across the GTA and Simcoe County. This is a hybrid role based at our Toronto or Mississauga head office.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the services your staff will provide to the community.
You are a solution focused and able to provide the best customer service
You are driven and committed in building and sustaining strong relationships
An Allied Health Professional with active membership in their respective regulatory college that is in good standing. (SLP, OT, or PT)
Previous professional leadership or quality management roles considered an asset
Solid background in pediatric setting, and comfortable with dealing with clients who have dynamic and complex cases.
Previous work experience in unionized environment considered an asset
