You must be able to organize your time effectively to manage multiple, simultaneous deadlines on various bids, while also communicating with numerous team members to collaborate on proposal responses. This position requires strong problem-solving abilities, as well as a commitment to Altis’ Standard of Excellence for proposals.This role will also involve developing into a coaching and leadership opportunity over the course of six months, where you will transition into training and mentoring a team of proposal specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. You will be relied on for your instincts to inspire daily proposal activity through energy and initiatives, while providing daily coaching and support.
