Pacific Cycle is seekinga Finance Manager to become an integral part of our Madison Financeteam. This role is a key member of the Commercial Finance team and willperform pricing analysis of all of our products. In partnership with theFP&A team, this role will lead the sales budget creation process andprovide sales/gross margin analysis and reporting. A fantasticopportunity to collaborate with our internal sales, e-commerce, andproduct development teams on pricing, assortment, and profitability.This role is based out of our Madison, WI corporate office and iseligible to participate in the company\'s Hybrid work program; workingin the office 3 days and eligible to work remotely 2 days. A few (butnot all) of this position\'s responsibilities are listed below: - Leadforecasting and budget processes cross-functionally to ensure alignmentwith strategic objectives and financial targets - Spearhead SG&Aanalytics and benchmarking initiatives for Pacific Cycle, providingvaluable insights to inform-decision making. - Drive cost of goods soldKPI insights and planning efforts to optimize cost efficiencies andprofitability. - Develop and manage cost center reporting mechanisms totrack and analyze financial performance across business units. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategiesthat align with organizational goals and market dynamics. - Reviewfactory cost quotes with the product team and use them as a basis forprice determination, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. -Partner with the sales team to determine appropriate sell prices andproduct mix forecasts, balancing revenue objects with market demand. -Manage and approve price changes in SAP, ensuring accuracy andtimeliness in pricing updates. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE ANDQUALIFICATIONS: - Must be legally authorized to work in the UnitedStates. - 5+ years of experience in financial roles with expandedresponsibility. - Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, includingFinancial Modeling and PowerPoint required. - Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Experience with SAP and BW is strongly preferred. ***** APPLICATIONINSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online:
