We are currently seeking a talented and ambitious Finance Manager to join their team and contribute to our continued success.


Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Finance Manager with approximately 5 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting, possess a CPA designation, and demonstrate proficiency in financial reporting, auditing, budgeting, and forecasting. A strong technical aptitude is essential for this role, and preference will be given to candidates with experience in system implementation, integration, or other technical process improvements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing forecasting. Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Utilize advanced financial software and ERP systems to streamline processes and improve accuracy. Participate in the implementation and integration of new financial systems or upgrades.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies within the finance department. Lead initiatives to automate and optimize financial workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards. Stay updated on changes in accounting practices and legislation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives. Mentor and guide junior finance staff as needed.


Qualifications:

  • CPA designation required.
  • Approximately 5 years of relevant experience, starting in public accounting.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, auditing, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Experience in system implementation, integration, or other technical process improvements preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
