You will driveour business growth as the Business Development Manager by identifying and securing new clients, building strategic collaborations, and growing our market presence. Responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate new business possibilities to meet sales targets and increase income.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis toidentify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintainrelationships with existing customers to ensurecontinued pleasure and repeat business.
  • Develop and executestrategic sales plans that include prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Collaborate with the research team to create customized solutions that fit the demands of clients.
  • Prepare and present convincing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Keep updated on industry advancements, market trends, and rivals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field(a master’s degree is preferred.)
  • Experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar job in market research or a related business is required.
  • Strong knowledge of market research methodology and techniques.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and increasing revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills andthe ability to establish and develop relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in seeking and developing business possibilities.
  • Ability to work alone and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and fulfilling deadlines.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other essential sales tools.
