About the Role
As the Assistant Payroll Manager, you will oversee the processing of high-volume, multi-province payroll. Your responsibilities will include issuing Records of Employment (ROEs), auditing and balancing payroll records, and handling full-cycle biweekly payroll. You will also lead and mentor a team of payroll administrators to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processes.

What You Bring
- 2+ years of progressive experience in payroll, including leadership exposure.
- Experience with high-volume payroll processing across multiple provinces.
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
