This individual will add to the payroll team to assist with the processing of several busy payroll cycles. if you are a payroll professional with the ability to work and be part of a bust payroll team please read below.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full payroll production including weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles
  • Create and maintain efficient payroll processes to ensure all payroll deadlines are met in a timely manner
  • Ensure all legislation is adhered to by conducting regular audits and production reports
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and international laws are maintained
  • Provide customer service to employees for any payroll related queries
  • Ensure HR and time and attendance systems are maintained and updated to create working efficiencies with payroll system
  • Maintain confidentiality for all payroll related information and policies
  • Assist accounts with reporting and any discrepancies that may occur

Qualifications

  • 3 years payroll processing experience in a busy or high volume environment
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong communication and team skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • High Excel skills
  • Ability to hit deadlines
