Are you looking to work with US payroll?Portfolio Payroll has an amazing opportunity for a Payroll Specialist working for an established corporate financial services organization in Toronto.This individual will add to the payroll team to assist with the processing of several busy payroll cycles. if you are a payroll professional with the ability to work and be part of a bust payroll team please read below.Responsibilities:Responsible for full payroll production including weekly and bi-weekly payroll cyclesCreate and maintain efficient payroll processes to ensure all payroll deadlines are met in a timely mannerEnsure all legislation is adhered to by conducting regular audits and production reportsEnsure compliance with federal, state and international laws are maintainedProvide customer service to employees for any payroll related queriesEnsure HR and time and attendance systems are maintained and updated to create working efficiencies with payroll systemMaintain confidentiality for all payroll related information and policiesAssist accounts with reporting and any discrepancies that may occurQualifications3 years payroll processing experience in a busy or high volume environmentWorkday experience preferredStrong customer service skillsStrong communication and team skillsStrong organization skillsHigh Excel skillsAbility to hit deadlinesFor YouHighly competitive SalaryFull medical and dentistGreat Pension schemesHybrid for great work life balanceOpportunity to work for a global organization
