What You'll Do

  • Lead strategy & ideation :
    Be a thought leader for developing effective strategies, and bring your ideas to life through detailed landing page structures and engaging website copy.
  • Produce compelling copy :
    Write clear, persuasive, and engaging sales copy for B2C websites and other mediums and campaigns.
  • Communicate & collaborate :
    Engage with team members across all departments to identify creative solutions to client issues and concerns.
  • Adapt copy to brand voice :
    Maintain consistent brand voice for clients and write copy that aligns with target audience and company goals.
  • Review, edit & support :
    Guide junior team members in the principles of effective website copy. Review, edit, and provide constructive feedback as necessary.
  • Research & optimize :
    Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and client offerings to inform content development. Apply search engine optimization (SEO) best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles as needed.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience :
    5+ years of experience as a copywriter in a fast-paced advertising, marketing, or communications role, demonstrating a deep understanding of B2C & B2B marketing dynamics.
  • Education :
    Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Portfolio :
    A portfolio highlighting advanced experience crafting engaging narratives for websites and other mediums.
  • Skills :
    Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Keen attention to detail is required.
  • Strategic thinking :
    Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills with the ability to craft copy that resonates with specific audiences.
  • Communication :
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Industry knowledge :
    Strong understanding of digital marketing principles with proficiency in SEO best practices and familiarity with keyword research tools. Experience with developing story-led content for B2B and B2C businesses is required.
