**Overview**:
As a Mover working alongside Contents Technicians, you will play a vital role in assisting with the safe and efficient transportation of home contents affected by losses such as fire, flood, or other disasters. Your primary responsibility will be to support Contents Technicians in handling, loading, and unloading belongings while ensuring utmost care and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assist with Contents Handling**:

- Collaborate closely with Contents Technicians to facilitate the safe handling and transportation of damaged home contents.
- Follow instructions from Contents Technicians regarding the proper handling and packing of items for transport.
- **Loading and Unloading**:

- Safely load and unload belongings onto trucks or other transportation vehicles, ensuring proper distribution of weight and secure placement of items.
- Exercise caution to prevent damage to belongings and property during the loading and unloading process.
- **Transportation Support**:

- Provide support during transit, securing items and maintaining their condition throughout the journey.
- Assist with navigation and route planning to ensure timely and efficient transportation of belongings to designated locations.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist Contents Technicians in documenting inventory, including item descriptions, condition assessments, and photographs.
- Help organize and categorize items for storage or further assessment as directed by Contents Technicians.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Ensure that moving equipment, such as dollies, straps, and moving blankets, are properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Report any issues or malfunctions with equipment to supervisors for prompt resolution.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with Contents Technicians and other team members to accomplish tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate openly and respectfully with team members to ensure smooth coordination and workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in moving, transportation, or related fields preferred.
- Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy objects safely.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required, depending on job responsibilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

**Join Our Team**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
