Story Behind the Need:

• Business group: Global Compliance and AML Program Office – Transformation Programs, with multi-year programs through multiple work streams to transform compliance organizations.
• Project: Global Compliance Transformation Program – Compliance and AML continues to strengthen controls and policies. The Program will modernize and is building a leading best-in class Global Compliance and AML Function.

Candidate Value Proposition:

• Selected candidate will have the opportunity to deal with Change at the Program level and Workstream level – Unique experience working on a Multi-Program change environment. The successful candidate will be exposed to global leadership working on a global program.

Typical Day in Role:

• Manage people process, technology impacts of a work stream or a multiple work streams under Global Compliance and AML Transformation program
• Create and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize business and employee adoption and usage of the changes, working to drive faster adoption and higher utilization while minimizing resistance
• Change management is a discipline, following discipline to ensure all people impacts are managed for the work stream that they manage.
• Building decks, writing communication and preparing material to support change initiatives
• Creating presentation and presenting to leaders

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

• 2+ years of Change Management Experience in FI – must have comprehensive knowledge of change management principles and practices – Proven work experience of change management work stream from initial vision to post implementation.
• 2+ years project transformation experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite (PPT, Excel [pivot tables and V-lookups])
• Ability to communicate with influence in various channels including writing
• Change Management Certification (Prosci or equivalent)

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Fluent in Spanish/French
• PMP certification

Soft Skills Required:

• Negotiation skills
• Influencing capabilities
• Relationship management (strong collaboration skills)
• Team Player – ability to work well with others
• Ability to work with Executive level Stakeholders and manage expectations
• Willingness to learn and apply learning to future work
• Positive attitude and open to feedback
• Strong Presentation skills

Education:

• University degree or equivalent working experience.

Best vs. Average Candidate:

• The best candidate would be excited to take the initiative and be able to hit the ground running. This individual would take ownership of their work and would be able to manage complicated teams with lots of personalities. They would be able to handle different stakeholders in a professional manner.

o 1st – HM + peer – 45 mins – MS Teams Video (skill based interview)
o 2nd – Director + HM – 45 mins – MS Teams Video
o Candidate needs to be ready to share references from past employers if asked by HM
