Responsibilities:

  • provide financial administrative support;
  • organize and log incoming/outgoing mail;
  • respond to internal and external inquiries;
  • compose, prepare, and process correspondence;
  • produce a variety of materials such as reports, spreadsheets, minutes, and presentations;
  • schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
