Reporting to the Team Lead, Estimating Coordinator, the Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the coordination, and support of proposals, expressions of interest and assisting estimators with the administrative portion of the bidding process.
Create templates for proposals, resumes and project sheets
Track and ensure proposal / bid deliverables required are met, including organizational charts, project sheets, resumes, health and safety forms, proposal / bid forms, finance support letters and write-ups from various authors;
Manage SharePoint or other document management systems
Submission of MTO / Municipal / Private tenders on various bid platforms.
Process Contracts on awarded Tenders.
Provide general administrative support to senior management, and;
Intermediate to Advanced level of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
SharePoint Administration experience
