Unseen now has an audience of almost 3 million true crime fans since we launched back in May 2022.

We are looking to amplify our impact and are currently hiring for a Distribution Coordinator .

Job Overview:

We are looking for someone who can take our distribution efforts to the next level. The ideal candidate brings rich experience in using social media as a distribution and creative tool, who is experienced in building and executing strategies, and has a strong desire to change the world.

To be successful in this role, you must be well-organized, capable of managing many moving parts and be well plugged in to the ever evolving world of social media. Exceptional communication will be required as you will be counted upon to coordinate with multiple social media platforms and teams to facilitate each new video release. What you will do:

  • Oversee the distribution efforts across Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, and other emerging social media platforms
  • Innovate and ideate on Unseen’s online presence through research, audience analysis, competitor analysis.
  • Provide recommendations on what needs to change to support our goal(s)
  • Overseeing and monitor page health across the board, as well as each new video release
  • Communicate with the freelance teams effectively & work closely with the showrunner to to set up the posting schedules – and innovate it
  • Understand Unseen’s brand voice & monitor show fans through community management

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, media, communications, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset & project management experience
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
  • Preferred location: Montreal

Aperçu du poste :

Nous recherchons quelqu'un capable de porter nos efforts de distribution au niveau supérieur. Le candidat idéal possède une riche expérience dans l'utilisation des médias sociaux comme outil de distribution et de créativité, est expérimenté dans l'élaboration et l'exécution de stratégies, et a un fort désir de changer le monde.

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez être bien organisé, capable de gérer de nombreux éléments en mouvement et être bien branché sur le monde en constante évolution des médias sociaux. Une communication exceptionnelle sera requise car vous serez appelé à coordonner avec plusieurs plateformes de médias sociaux et équipes pour faciliter chaque nouvelle sortie de vidéo. Ce que vous ferez :

  • Superviser les efforts de distribution sur Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram et d'autres plateformes de médias sociaux émergentes
  • Innover et proposer des idées sur la présence en ligne d'Unseen grâce à la recherche, à l'analyse de l'audience et à l'analyse de la concurrence.
  • Fournir des recommandations sur ce qui doit changer pour soutenir notre(s) objectif(s)
  • Surveiller et contrôler la santé de la page de manière globale, ainsi que chaque nouvelle sortie de vidéo
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les équipes freelance et travailler en étroite collaboration avec le showrunner pour mettre en place les calendriers de publication - et les innover
  • Comprendre la voix de la marque Unseen et surveiller les fans du spectacle grâce à la gestion de la communauté
