**Your Role**

Reporting to the Director, Corporate Development, we are seeking an energetic and creative Marketing Content Coordinator responsible for promoting Landmark’s business model and services to a broad audience. This role is designed to amplify Landmark’s market presence, ensure brand consistency across all platforms, and achieve strategic marketing and business development goals.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- _ Content Development and Management_

Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across various marketing channels such as social media, newsletters, the company blog, listing and annual reports.

Manage both in-house and outsourced content creation processes and ensure all content adheres to Landmark's brand standards.

Strategic Marketing Execution:_

Align marketing initiatives with Landmark's strategic objectives to effectively communicate key messages to target audiences.

Manage the content calendar, ensure timely production and distribution of marketing materials, and maintain an organized filing system.

Brand and Supplier Relationship Management:_

Uphold the integrity of the Landmark brand in all communications, ensuring consistency and professionalism.

Cultivate and enhance relationships with suppliers and external agencies to ensure clarity and achievement of desired outcomes.

Performance Analysis: _Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies, adjusting tactics based on performance metrics.
- _
Ad-Hoc Duties:_ Undertaking additional ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as required by the company, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

**Your skills & core competencies**
- Fluently bilingual - written and spoken.
- Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign), experience with WordPress and HubSpot, familiarity with SEO and social media strategies.
- Strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication abilities, creativity, understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, sound decision-making skills.
- Proactive, assertive, creative, and outgoing; able to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
