The future you’ve been looking for starts here.Competitive salary and benefits package including coverage for medical, dental, paramedical and vision.Great working environment committed to helping you succeed.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of commercial, condominium, and residential real estate transactions, handle drafting, organizing, and maintaining corporate records.conduct corporate searches and prepare corporate minute books.Act as liaison between clients, law clerks, lenders, real estate/mortgage brokers and agents and all municipalities.Collecting and summarizing deal informationConducting and reviewing title and off-title searchesPrepare final legal reports and accounts.Organizes and maintains physical and electronic files. Assist with drafting shareholder agreements and other commercial contracts (asset, but not required)The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:3-5 years of experience in real estate transactions, including commercial, condominium, and residential3-5 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on maintaining, organizing, and drafting corporate recordsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AdobeExperience using Teraview and Dye Durham software is highly preferred.We will look at every resume and will consider anyone with an interest in sharing our commitment to providing high quality services.Diversity at the Simple Company means fostering a workplace in which individual differences are recognized, appreciated, respected, and responded to, in ways that, fully develop and utilize each person’s talents and strengths.
