Our Mississauga team is currently looking for a mechanically minded individual to ensure our fleet is running safely and smoothly. This role is perfect for people who are passionate about automotive excellence and are dedicated to showcasing and developing their technical skills with our experienced team.
71 per hour with full-time hours and overtime opportunities
$Health and Dental Benefits, Pension and Match RSP (After probation)
Available Shifts :
Shift 1: 1PM – 9PM 5 days a week (Days of the week flexible)
Shift 2: 9PM -7AM 4 days a week (Days of the week flexible)
Shift Premium :
$65/hr if shift start time is between 1:00PM and 9:59PM
$80/hr if shift start time is between 10:00PM and 3 :59 AM
Comprehensive technical and professional training & development
Performing preventative maintenance on equipment as assigned
Leverage predictive diagnostic software to aid in eliminating vehicle breakdowns
Diagnose vehicle failures and perform mechanical repairs and replacements as required
Respond to local road calls and/or coordinate service support as necessary
Minimum of 2 years work experience required with preventative maintenance on class 6/8 trucks and industrial equipment
Additional skills you may have (not required, these are assets):
Experience with propane and electric forklifts, hydraulic liftgates, agriculture equipment, reefers, vans, pickups and cars
Welding and electrical experience
Valid Driver's License in good standing; G/ AZ License preferred
Must be able to work evenings, overnights and overtime as required
