**General Description**

Perform general warehouse duties and assembly. Carefully read blueprints to accurately assemble and ship products by using general hand and power tools. Collaborate with different departments and maintain a safe and clean work environment. Must be a self-starter and a team player. Experience with assembly of mechanical devices is required.

**Job Duties / Responsibilities**
- Read, interpret, and follow basic diagrams, drawings, specifications, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and other instructions or procedures to accurately fabricate and assemble materials and equipment
- Report to production floor lead hands and supervisors
- Ensure that all shipments and deliveries are in good condition and sent out or received in a timely fashion
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and arrange to rectify damages and shortages
- Assist Inside Sales and Outside Sales Representatives
- Inventory management; maintain inventory of materials and supplies and participate in regular inventory count
- Create custom skids and wrap and accurately label products for shipment
- Utilize basic hand tools to assist with product assembly and component installation
- Maintain a clean and neat warehouse and surrounding area
- Break down boxes and recycle in the compactor
- Follow safety procedures and company policies, including use of personal protective equipment

**Requirements and Skills**
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and self-motivated
- Mechanical assembly experience required
- Experience using both hand and power tools required
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Software and Excel required
- Experience in production, manufacturing or assembly preferred
- Experience working on forklift preferred

**Educational Requirements**
- High School Graduate or Equivalent

**Availability Requirements**
- Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
