You will lead the HR team, including the HR Generalist, Trainer, and Recruitment and Settlement Coordinator, to implement innovative people strategies and initiatives that align with our core values and business objectives. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
